SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will ship from our headquarter's in Atlanta, GA. Rebel Mode Luxe Clothier ships Monday - Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on federal holidays. Pre-Order items will be listed with a ship date.

Most orders are received within 5-7 business days once shipped. We will email you with a link to track your purchase.

Transit Time listed does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Allow 2-3 days for shipping and processing. We use USPS as our shipping carrier and will email you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours before checking your shipment status. Once your order ship and you receive your tracking number it is your responsibility to track your order. Rebel Mode Luxe is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel or mishandling of the carrier service.

 

Return Policy

Rebel Mode Luxe Clothier does not offer refunds but we will allow you to make an exchange in the case you may need a different size. We will give you a store credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card that can only be used on the Rebel Mode Luxe website. You can use it to purchase a new item at any time.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return/exchange your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

​

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

​

All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

We aren't liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. So please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
